Approach

Psychology is a service that can be accessed at different times throughout life. Sometimes things may be going well, at other times we may feel stuck, stressed, anxious or depressed. We may have difficulty coping with a change in life circumstances, or find we are lacking direction and clarity about our goals. At these times, it can be helpful to discuss your concerns with a psychologist. Your psychologist can work with you to establish goals and access evidence-based treatment, to help you get back on track. Some difficulties may be recent developments, others may be lifelong challenges that seem impossible to shift. Importantly, no problem is too difficult to talk about and explore the best way forward.
